Email/text/write a welcome:
If they will have a sponsor, introduce them to the sponsor
Let them know you will contact them after you send a welcome packet
Give a simple introduction to their support partners such as Donna Grace and Georgia Watson, so they know they will receive occasional emails and notes from them as well.
Create a referral link for your new customer/brand partner, and send it to them. Also, explain how they can get their referral link on the website under ShareYL.
Welcome packet by mail:
Welcome note (Sample welcome note)
Veggie capsules, coconut oil sample, a couple other product samples, diffuser blend
A welcome book such as Simply Wellness from Oil Supply Store or materials that will help them use whatever they purchased.
Add them to the Team Vitality FB group, and help them with the Welcome instructions so they become self-sufficient. Watching the videos by searching #buildingblocks will give a newbie or reactivation the foundation they need to understand all things YL. Encourage them to explore the Files in the FB group.
Contact them once they receive their welcome packet. Consider the following for conversation:
Talk to them about Loyalty Rewards and help them with setting it up plus PV Assistant. Show them how to know if their order processes.
FB Live classes in Team Vitality and other educational resources
Share with them that there is a way they can pay for their orders by sharing with others. Items to remember:
a. Business Essentials Kit
b. Ordering through LR
c. When a and b have happened, they can join Realizing Your Dreams.
Refer them to the videos that will be helpful: brand partner, rank, comp plan
