Tried and true if you follow it exactly. Any deviation and it won’t work as well for you:

"It is sunrise or sunset? Your body is not sure. All you know is you keep yawning. Whether it’s a 1-hour or 12-hour time difference, YL products can help keep your body moving and make the transition a bit easier. Here are my a.m. and p.m. New Time Zone tricks:

→ A.M. Routine: Once my plane lands in a new time zone (typically morning if overseas) here’s my regimen from that moment and every morning thereafter:

• NingXia Red (1 packet daily) – Supports overall wellness, cellular function, and energy levels.* It contains antioxidants from superfruits and the portable pouches allow you to take them wherever you go. (Contains no caffeine.)

• NingXia Nitro (1 tube daily) – Nitro gives you a pick-me-up without the sugar or caffeine overload. Supports alertness, as well as cognitive and physical fitness.* Helps you stay alert and upbeat during all-day walking, sightseeing, and tours.* Contains D-ribose, ginseng, green tea extract + more. Works great to help get you through the slump of jet lag!*

• EndoFlex and EndoFlex Vitality: EndoFlex has an invigorating and balancing aroma. I rub 1 drop over the front of my throat and over each side of my lower back. EndoFlex Vitality supports the Endocrine System so that your healthy thyroid and those healthy adrenal glands can say, “Hello! Let’s rock this new time zone!”* I take 1-2 drops of EndoFlex Vitality daily in a vegetable capsule, under my tongue, or add to my glass of NingXia Red. I jokingly call EndoFlex Vitality my “cup of coffee”! Feel free to use in the afternoon, too, if you’re feeling a bit sluggish.*

→ P.M. Routine:

• ImmuPro™: Take 1-2 chewables before bed. It delivers melatonin which encourages restful sleep by promoting the body’s natural sleep rhythm.* Also provides exceptional immune system support with its power-packed formula.* Whenever my routine gets changed, supporting my healthy immune system is a must!

• Cedarwood, Peace & Calming, Lavender, or SleepyIze: Pick your favorite nighttime relaxing YLEO to rub on the bottom of your feet, back of your neck, forehead, and/or diffuse. Then, lights out!

→ Jet Lag Tip: Whatever you do…if it’s daylight in your new time zone, do NOT sleep! Go for a walk, get some sunshine, take more NingXia Red, Nitro, or EndoFlex Vitality, and power through until it’s bedtime. It might be challenging those first few days, but if you follow this advice, you’ll transition much easier.
